【摘要】:Thisstandardappliesfor?curinginjectionmachineswithinfeedandoutfeeddevices;?curinginjectionmachineswithinfeedandoutfeeddevicesandloadingdevices.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytoportable/handguidedcuringinjectiondevices.Thisstandarddealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttomachines,appliancesandmachinerywhentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeClause4).Thisdocumentdealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttocuringinjectionmachinerywhentheyareusedasintendedandunderconditionsofmisusewhicharereasonablyforeseeablebythemanufacturer(seeClause4).ThisdocumentisnotapplicabletocuringinjectionmachineswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisdocumentbyCEN.Curinginjectionmachinesconsistmainlyofasingleormultilanecuringneedlestation,holdingdownclamp,infeedandoutfeeddevices,machineframeandrelateddrivesystem,andelectrical,electronic,orpneumaticcomponents,dependingonmachinetype.Curinginjectionmachinesinthescopeofthisstandardcanbeequippedwith:?infeedchute;?splashguardflaps;?singleormulti-lanecuringneedlebars(needlestation);?holdingdownclamp;?infeedandoutfeedconveyorbelt;?infeedandoutfeedrake;?interlockedtransportcarattheoutfeedside;?loadingdevicewithdeliverychute.Theproductbeingprocessed(rawmeat,gameorrawfish)isfedbyhandtotheinfeeddeviceofthecuringinjectionmachine.Theinfeeddevicetransportstheproducttotheneedlestation;theproductisthenpressedagainsttheinfeeddevicebyaholdingdownclamp.Theneedlesoftheneedlestationinjectthecuringliquidorotherfluidsintotheproduct.Theoutfeeddevicethentransportstheproductawayfromtheneedlestation.Thisstandardalsocoverstheloadingdevices,whichcanbenecessaryinthecaseofmachineswithhighcapacityand/orgreatheight.Curinginjectionmachinesinthescopeofthisstandardcanbestationaryormobile.
