【摘要】:1.1Thisstandardspecifiessafetyrequirementsforpilingequipmentsuitableforthefollowingpurposes:a)Constructionoffoundations,slurrywallsorretainingwalls,usingpilesorotherlongitudinalelements;b)Removalofpiles;c)Installationofdrain–orinjectionelements.Thepilematerialcanbetimber,concrete(precastorcastinsitu)orsteel(tubesorrolledsections).Additionally,pilesmayhaveaninterlockingfeaturetoenableadjacentpilestobejoinedtogether.1.2ThisEuropeanstandarddealswithallsignificanthazardspertinenttopilingequipment,whentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeannexA)associatedwiththefollowing:?Transportofequipment;?Rigginganddismantlingofequipment;?Equipmentinserviceandoutofservice;?Movingofequipmentbetweenpilepositions;?Storageofequipment.ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheappropriatetechnicalmeasurestoeliminateorreducerisksarisingfromthesignificanthazards.1.3Pilingequipmentincludes:a)Pilingrigconsistingofcarriermachine(crawler,wheelorrailmounted,floating),leaderattachment,leaderorotherguidingsystems,e.g.directmounted,boomsupported,swinging,guidecageorfreeriding;b)Pileinstallationandextractionequipment,e.g.impacthammers,extractors,vibratorsorstaticpilepushing/pullingdevices;c)Accessories,e.g.pilecaps,helmets,plates,followers,clampingdevices,pilehandlingdevices,pileguides,acousticshroudsandshock/vibrationabsorbingdevices,powerpacks/generatorsandpersonnelliftsorplatforms.1.4Inaddition,thisstandardappliestodiaphragmwallingrigs.Additionally,theparticularrequirementswhichapplytodiaphragmwallingequipmentaregiveninnormativeannexC.1.5Ifthecarriermachineofapilingrigconsistsofanexcavator,craneetc.thecarriershallbecoveredbyitsownstandardstotheextenttherequirementsofthisstandardarenotapplicable.!Ifpilingequipmentisalsointendedtooperatewithdrillingattachment,EN791shallbecompliedwith,too,exceptforthestabilityrequirementswhichshallbeinaccordancewith4.1ofthisEuropeanStandard(EN996)."1.6Whenoperatinginexplosiveatmosphere,additionalrequirementsareneededwhicharenotcontainedinthisstandard.1.7InformativeAnnexEisprovidedfortheinformationandguidanceformanufacturersofgroutingandinjectionequipmentforuseinthefoundationindustryintheabsenceofaEuropeanStandardforthisequipment.ItisnotanormativepartofthisstandardanddoesnotcontainsufficientguidanceonsafetyrequirementsandmeasurestoachieveconformitywiththeessentialsafetyrequirementsofanyECDirective.1.8ThisEuropeanStandardappliesprimarilytomachineswhicharemanufacturedafterthedateofapprovalbyCENofthestandard.
