【摘要】:Thispracticecoversdosimetricprocedurestobefollowedinfacilitycharacterization,processqualification,androutineprocessingusingelectronbeamradiationtoensurethattheentireproducthasbeentreatedwithanacceptablerangeofabsorbeddoses.Otherproceduresrelatedtofacilitycharacterization(includingequipmentdocumentation),processqualification,androutineproductprocessingthatmayinfluenceandmaybeusedtomonitorabsorbeddoseintheproductarealsodiscussed.Note1Forguidanceintheselectionandcalibrationofdosimeters,seeGuideE1261.Forfurtherguidanceintheselection,calibration,anduseofspecificdosimeters,andinterpretationofabsorbeddoseintheproductfromdosimetry,alsoseePracticesE668,E1275,E1276,E1431,E1607,E1631,andE1650.Forusewithelectronenergiesabove5MeV,seePracticesE1026,E1205,E1401,E1538,andE1540fordiscussionsofspecificlargevolumedosimeters.Fordiscussionofradiationdosimetryforpulsedradiation,seeICRUReport34.Whenconsideringadosimetertype,becautiousofinfluencesfromdoseratesandacceleratorpulseratesandwidths(ifapplicable).Theelectronenergyrangecoveredinthispracticeisbetween300keVand25MeV,althoughtherearesomediscussionsforotherenergies.Dosimetryisonlyonecomponentofatotalqualityassuranceprogramforanirradiationfacility.Othercontrolsbesidesdosimetrymayberequiredforspecificapplicationssuchasmedicaldevicesterilizationandfoodpreservation.Fortheirradiationoffoodandtheradiationsterilizationofhealthcareproducts,otherspecificISOstandardsexist.Forfoodirradiation,seeISO15562:1998,PracticeforDosimetryinElectronandBremsstrahlungIrradiationFacilitiesforFoodProcessing(ASTMPracticeE1431).Fortheradiationsterilizationofhealthcareproducts,seeISO11137:1995,SterilizationofHealthCareProducts-RequirementsforValidationandRoutineControl-RadiationSterilization.InthoseareascoveredbyISO11137,thatstandardtakesprecedence.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:(1)ThescopeofEurocode8isdefinedinEN1998-1:2004,1.1.1andthescopeofthisStandardisdefinedin(2),(4)and(5).AdditionalpartsofEurocode8areindicatedinEN1998-1:2004,1.1.3.(2)ThescopeofEN1998-3isasfollows:?Toprovidecriteriafortheevaluationoftheseismicperformanceofexistingindividualbuildingstructures.?Todescribetheapproachinselectingnecessarycorrectivemeasures?Tosetforthcriteriaforthedesignofretrofittingmeasures(i.e.conception,structuralanalysisincludinginterventionmeasures,finaldimensioningofstructuralpartsandtheirconnectionstoexistingstructuralelements).NOTEForthepurposesofthisstandard,retrofittingcoversboththestrengtheningofundamagedstructuresandtherepairofearthquakedamagedstructures.(3)Whendesigningastructuralinterventiontoprovideadequateresistanceagainstseismicactions,structuralverificationsshouldalsobemadewithrespecttonon-seismicloadcombinations.(4)ReflectingthebasicrequirementsofEN1998-1:2004,thisStandardcoverstheseismicassessmentandretrofittingofbuildingsmadeofthemorecommonlyusedstructuralmaterials:concrete,steel,andmasonry.NOTEInformativeAnnexesA,BandCcontainadditionalinformationrelatedtotheassessmentofreinforcedconcrete,steelandcomposite,andmasonrybuildings,respectively,andtotheirupgradingwhennecessary.(5)AlthoughtheprovisionsofthisStandardareapplicabletoallcategoriesofbuildings,theseismicassessmentandretrofittingofmonumentsandhistoricalbuildingsoftenrequiresdifferenttypesofprovisionsandapproaches,dependingonthenatureofthemonuments.(6)Sinceexistingstructures:(i)reflectthestateofknowledgeatthetimeoftheirconstruction,(ii)possiblycontainhiddengrosserrors,(iii)mayhavebeensubmittedtopreviousearthquakesorotheraccidentalactionswithunknowneffects,structuralevaluationandpossiblestructuralinterventionaretypicallysubjectedtoadifferentdegreeofuncertainty(levelofknowledge)thanthedesignofnewstructures.Differentsetsofmaterialandstructuralsafetyfactorsarethereforerequired,aswellasdifferentanalysisprocedures,dependingonthecompletenessandreliabilityoftheinformationavailable.
