【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoverstheoperatingcharacteristicsofthreetypesoftensiletestingmachinesusedforthedeterminationoftheforce-elongationpropertiesoftextilematerials.Thesetypesoftensiletestingmachinesare:1.1.1Constant-rate-of-extension,CRE.1.1.2Constant-rate-of-traverse,CRT.1.1.3Constant-rate-of-loading(force),CRL.1.2Specificationsfortensiletestingmachinestomeasureothertensile-relatedpropertiesoftextilematerialsnotcoveredbythisstandardaregivenintheASTMstandardsusingthosemachines.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard;thevaluesininch-poundunitsareprovidedasinformationonlyandarenotexactequivalents.1.4Thefollowingsafetyhazardscaveatpertainsonlytothetestmethodsdescribedinthisspecification:Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
